Terms of Service
By using Swiss Vector SVG, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Swiss Vector SVG converts raster images into SVG vector files. We provide the service as-is, on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Your content
You must own or hold the necessary rights to every image you upload. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not upload images that:
- infringe the rights of any third party (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity);
- are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening;
- depict sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal content;
- contain malware, exploits, or otherwise attempt to disrupt the service;
- are offensive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may refuse processing, revoke credits, and suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
No modification of output
The SVG output is produced by an automated tracing pipeline. We do not modify, curate, or hand-edit the result. The output is deterministic given the same input and settings. You accept the output as produced; we do not guarantee artistic, aesthetic, or fitness-for-purpose qualities.
Credits and payments
Tracing consumes credits. Credits are purchased through Stripe and do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion. All prices are in CHF and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Ownership
You retain all rights to the images you upload and to the SVG output produced from them. We claim no ownership over your content. You are free to use the resulting SVG for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swiss Vector SVG and its operators hold no accountability and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms, including any claim that content you uploaded infringes a third party’s rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Unused credits are non-transferable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Switzerland.
