Privacy Policy
This page explains what data Swiss Vector SVG collects and why. We keep it short because we keep the scope small.
What we process
We only process the information needed to operate your account: your email address and sign-in identifier from Google, the credits you purchase and consume, and the images you submit for tracing. Traced outputs are returned to you and not used for any other purpose.
Payments
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We do not see, store, or process your card details. Stripe acts as the payment processor and retains the data required by law and by its own terms. See stripe.com/privacy for details.
Sign-in
Sign-in is handled through Google OAuth. We receive your email address and a stable user identifier. We never receive your Google password.
Your images
All images you upload remain yours. We claim no rights, ownership, or license over them. They are not stored on our platform outside of the active processing window: once tracing completes, the source image is discarded and only the resulting SVG is returned to you. We do not use your images to train models or for any purpose other than producing your output.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool we host ourselves on our own Swiss infrastructure, to understand how the site is used: how many people visit, which steps of the conversion funnel they reach, and where they drop off. This covers standard web analytics data: pages viewed, in-app events (uploads, downloads, checkout steps), approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser type. Umami does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. Your data never leaves our infrastructure and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising. We never send the content of your images to analytics. It is used solely to improve the product.
Third parties
We share data only with the providers required to run the service: Stripe (payments), Google (authentication and analytics), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
